Investment and financial objectives of the fund
The main investment objective of the Capman G-7 & Hong Kong National Investment Fund is to provide its investors with not only preservation of the real value of investments over time, but also their growth through the realization of capital income in conditions of high risk.

The fund applies “passive management” – an investment approach, according to which investments are made in equity securities that are among the top ten places by market capitalization of the relevant stock market index of the G-7 countries (United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, France, Japan), as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The rules of the fund allow the application of appropriate strategies and techniques for protection against market, currency and other risks (“hedging”): transactions with options, futures, swaps and other derivatives.
The management company invests the financial resources entrusted to the account of the fund in the ratios recorded in the rules of the contract fund.
Investment strategy and policy
National Investment Fund “Capman G-7 & Hong Kong” will implement its investment policy according to the rules of the fund adopted by the management company, as well as in the approved prospectus for the public offering of shares.
NDF invests only in equity securities that are traded on regulated markets in the G-7 countries (USA, Canada, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, France, Japan), as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. NDF does not invest in debt securities. The Fund Май invest in derivative instruments that do not require assets as collateral and will not apply effective portfolio management techniques that result in receiving assets as collateral.
The recommended holding period for the shares of NDF “Capman G-7 & Hong Kong” is 5 years and is tailored to the risk profile of the Fund and the financial instruments in which it is invested.
