Announcement of completion of a subscription for capital increase

Capman Debts Management AD notifies that the procedure for the increase of the company’s capital was completed successfully on 14.01. 2021 with the following results:

• Total number of subscribed and paid shares – 1,165,000;
• Nominal value of one share – BGN 1;
• Issue value per share – BGN 1;
• Number of persons subscribing shares from the capital increase – 10;
• Amount received from the subscribed and paid shares – BGN 1,165,000.

The Company will take the necessary actions for entry of the capital increase in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency and for registration of the new issue in Central Depository AD and BSE AD.
