Notifications received from Capman Debts Management AD

 Pursuant to Art. 148b and art. 100t of LPOS, Capman Debts Management AD discloses information about received notifications for change of share in the Company as a result of entry of the capital increase of Capman Debts Management AD in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency on January 22, 2021, as follows:

1. On 22.01.2021 A notification was received from Kapman Holding AD for a change in the voting right at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Kapman Debts Management AD, namely at 4.11% of the capital of Kapman Debts Management AD.
2. On 25.01.2021 A notification was received from Trend Asset Management AD for acquiring the right to vote at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD, as follows:

• Trend Balanced Fund acquires 50,000 shares representing 4.115% of the voting shares in the capital of Capman Debts Management AD and
• Trend Trend Fund Shares acquires 150,000 voting shares equal to 12.346% of the capital of Capman Debts Management AD.

3. On January 25, 2021, a notification was received from Compass Invest AD for the acquisition of 200,000 shares of SF Progress, representing 16.46% of the voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD.
4. On January 25, 2021, a notification was received from Aktiva Asset Management AD for the acquisition of 200,000 shares from SF Aktiva High Income Fund, representing 16.46% of the voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management ”AD.
5. On January 25, 2021, a notification was received from the Management Board of EF Asset Management AD for the acquisition of 200,000 shares from the State Fund EF Principal, representing 16.46% of the voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management. AD.
