Notifications received from Capman Debts Management AD

Pursuant to Art. 148b and art. 100t of LPOS, Kapman Debts Management AD discloses information about received notifications for change of share in the Company, as follows:

1. On 08.02.2021 A notification was received from Kapman Capital SF through Capman Asset Management AD for a change in the voting right in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD, namely 6.58% of the capital of Capman Debts Management AD.
2. On 08.02.2021 A notification was received from Kapman Max SF through Capman Asset Management AD for a change in the voting right at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD, namely 6.58% of the capital of Capman Debts Management AD. Kapman Asset Management AD indirectly owns 13.17% of the voting rights in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Kapman Debts Management AD through Kapman Capital and Kapman Max.
3. On 08.02.2021 a notification was received from Compass Invest AD for a change in the voting right of Progress Fund at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD, namely 9.88% of the voting right in the general meeting. meeting of the shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD.
4. On 08.02.2021 a notification was received from the Bulgarian Private Investment Fund AD for acquisition of shares representing 6.58% of the voting right at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD.
5. On 09.02.2021 a notification was received from Euroins Romania Asigurare Reasigurare SA for a change in the voting right of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD, namely 9.88% of the capital of Capman Debts Management AD.
6. On 09.02.2021 a notification was received from Trend Asset Management AD for a change in the voting right of Trend Fund Equities and Trend Balanced Fund in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD , as follows:

• Trend Equity Fund – holds 5.76% of the voting rights in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD;
• Trend Balanced Fund – holds 4.12. from the right to vote at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD;

Trend Asset Management AD indirectly owns 9.88% of the voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD.
