Notifications received from Capman Debts Management AD

Pursuant to Art. 148b and art. 100t of LPOS, Kapman Debts Management AD discloses information about received notifications for change of share in the Company, as follows:

  1. On 10.02.2021 A notification was received from SF “Principle” through Management Board “EF Asset Management” AD for a change in the voting right in the General Meeting of Shareholders of “Capman Debts Management” AD, namely 9.8765% of the capital of “Capman Debts Management” ”AD.
  2. On 10.02.2021 A notification was received from SF “Aktiva High Income Fund” through Management Board “Aktiva Asset Management” AD for a change in the voting right in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Capman Debts Management AD, namely 9.8765% of the capital of “Capman Debts Management ”AD.
