He has 20 years of experience in finance and management and participates in a successfully implemented project for wind generator park near the town of Troyan.

Nikolay Yalamov is also the Chairman of the Board of directors of Capman Holding AD.

Krasimir Todorov

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Todorov has a master’s degree in law. He graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”. He has experience in rule making activity and the correct application of the law.

Manol Boyadzhiev

Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Manol Boyadzhiev occupies the position of Sales Manager in the Leasing Department of the “Bul Ins” insurance company in the period 2011-2013. Until March 2015 he was Investor Relations Director and Technical Assistant in Capman Green Energy Fund AD. Mr. Boyadzhiev graduated from “St. Cyril and Metodius” Secondary School in the town of Smolyan – specialty of Technological Tourism. At present he specializes Insurance and Finance in New Bulgarian University.
